Request Account Deletion

You can delete your Brain Spill account in the App. If you cannot access the App, email us to request deletion. We will verify ownership and remove your account and associated notes and tasks from the active account database. Our Privacy Policy explains what may remain in logs, backups, or separately stored files.

What happens next?

3You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Note: You cannot restore a deleted account through the App. Records in operational logs, backups, or separately stored files may follow different retention periods. Content already sent to an AI provider cannot be recalled. Save anything you want to keep before deleting your account.
